Comet Neowise (C2020 F3)

Comet Neowise was first discovered on March 27, 2020 by astronomers during the NEOWISE mission of the WISE space telescope. At that time it was over 160 million miles from Earth.  As it moved closer over the next months, it was clear that Neowise would be a bright comet that would be easily visible in the northern hemisphere.  During July of 2020, it was initially visible in the early morning NE sky and then quickly transitioned to the evening sky.  It's closest approach to Earth was on July 23, 2020 when it was 64 million miles away.  At it's brightest, it was a visual magniture of 1.

Comet getting more difficult to capture. Taking longer integration time and higher ISO.
